Noida: Exotica Fresco Apartment Owners Association (AOA) has taken a commendable step toward staff welfare by creating a dedicated lunch area for the maintenance workforce. The newly developed space, located in the basement, has been designed for horticulture, security and housekeeping teams, providing them with a clean, organized, and comfortable place to eat and take short breaks.
Until now, staff members had no designated spot for meals and were often seen sitting on the basement floor to eat. Recognizing the need for a respectful and structured space for these essential workers, the AOA acted to improve their daily working conditions.
Maintenance staff play a crucial role in the daily functioning of the society. This lunch area is a small but meaningful gesture to acknowledge their continuous and significant contribution. We believe everyone who serves the community deserves dignity and respect.
