Noida : Residents of Antariksh Golf View-2 in Sector-78, Noida, held a protest against the builder on Wednesday, raising slogans and displaying banners demanding registry of their flats and proper maintenance of the society. The residents accused the builder of failing to fulfill basic commitments even years after possession.
According to the protesting residents, despite paying substantial amounts for their homes, they are still struggling for basic rights like property registration (registry), adequate maintenance and proper handover of amenities. Many residents alleged that the builder has ignored repeated appeals and that their concerns over maintenance, leaks and unfinished facilities have gone unheard.
We have been living here for several years, yet our registry has not been completed. The builder keeps delaying it under various excuses. The maintenance quality has deteriorated drastically and they are forced to live in substandard conditions despite paying maintenance charges.

The project was launched by Antariksh Golf View-2 under the Antariksh Group in 2010, with promises of timely possession and all modern facilities. However, the residents say those promises have not been met. They are now urging Noida Authority and UPRERA to intervene and ensure that the builder is held accountable.
Residents plan to continue their agitation until the builder initiates the registration process and improves maintenance standards.
