Greater Noida West: Tension prevailed at ATS Happy Trails Society on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, as residents staged a protest demanding better maintenance and basic facilities. The agitated residents closed the main gate of the society and raised slogans against the management, alleging negligence and mismanagement.
According to residents, after the AOA (Apartment Owners Association) election was cancelled earlier, no fresh election has been conducted. As a result, residents claim that decision-making and maintenance work have come to a standstill. Several residents complained about stray dog menace, poor upkeep of common areas, and lack of timely response from the maintenance staff.
We are paying heavy maintenance charges, yet basic issues like cleanliness, lifts, and security are being ignored.

The protest continued for several hours, disrupting regular activities inside the complex. Residents have urged the Greater Noida Authority to intervene and ensure that AOA elections are held soon and maintenance work resumes properly.
