Noida – In a world racing with deadlines and screen time, two changemakers — Tej Kadam Foundation and AAV Group, are inviting India to lace up its shoes and reclaim wellness, one step at a time. Presenting BADHTE KADAM, a 31-day virtual walk/run challenge designed to inspire daily movement, self-discipline, and a renewed relationship with health.

Whether you’re a couch-to-5K hopeful, a busy parent, or just someone ready to step into a healthier lifestyle — Badhté Kadam is open to all, especially first-time runners and beginners.

  • 100 km – Lakshyaya (The Target)
  • 150 km – Udaan (The Flight)
  • 200 km – Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (Inspired by the legend)
