Survey Conducted a Year Ago

In a recently circulated video, residents revealed that a structural survey was conducted in July last year. During the inspection, leakage was detected from the same 84 pillars in the basement. However, even after a year, no remedial action has been taken. The leakage continues to this day.

Builder never hear to our grievances. Builder never come here. Maintenance says its not our work.

The seepage is not only a structural threat but is also damaging parked vehicles, as rust forms on them due to the damp conditions.

Maintenance Team Unresponsive

Adding to residents’ woes, the maintenance department allegedly does not respond to queries. Despite paying high maintenance fees, residents say they are deprived of basic facilities. Complaints go unheard, and new issues crop up regularly. Even before the monsoon season has started, water leakage has become a serious problem. Residents fear the situation will worsen once heavy rains begin.

Basement has turned into mosquitoes breeding hood. There is always fear of mosquitoes related illness like dengue malaria.
