Noida: To help the helpless and poor struggling with the harsh cold, Pahal Welfare Foundation again distributed blankets on a large scale in a series of blanket distribution campaigns in Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar.
“Blankets were made available to the needy of every religion and community in Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar. Like every year, this year too, the organization distributed hundreds of blankets to protect needy families from the harsh cold in Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar. This year, the blanket distribution campaign is being run especially for needy families living in slums, temple priests, roadside labourers and those living on the roadside track.”

The team of Pahal Sanstha is constantly helping needy families in every possible way to save them from the harsh cold. This year, Pehal Sanstha has provided thousands of blankets to needy families who are facing the harsh cold, while the blanket distribution campaign will continue till Makar Sankranti.
“This year, the cold is more severe than expected in January, due to which the poor people living in slums are in a miserable condition. On the other hand, the administration has implemented GRAP 3 in Delhi-NCR due to cold and increasing pollution. Under this, the administration is taking strict steps to stop pollution. Due to this lighting fire in the open or lighting bonfires is completely prohibited. In such a situation, only blankets can provide relief from the cold to the needy. Therefore, the team of Pehal Welfare Foundation has decided to distribute blankets continuously from this month.”
