Greater Noida West: Residents of Greater Noida West’s residential society Galaxy Royale are very angry. Residents allege that their builder is being unfair to them. The builder is charging regular maintenance charges, but essential services like generator and lift facility are completely missing.
During the daily power cuts in the scorching heat and humidity, residents are facing huge problems due to the non-availability of generator service, while the safety of women, children and sick people is in danger due to the malfunctioning of the lift.
Residents say that they have bought flats from the builder by paying their life’s hard-earned money so that the rest of their lives can be spent comfortably. But this is not visible at all from the builder’s attitude. Troubled by this, the residents have lodged their complaint in Bisrakh police station.
