For registration in UP, a mobile is not required for file, and documents in soft copy will also be sufficient. The UP government has decided to implement a system of online registration for the purchase and sale of property.
The stamp fee will be deposited online
On applying online, the stamp fee for registration will also be deposited online. The deed will reach the allottee through e-mail. The entire process and its verification can be done digitally. However, registration will be done during office timings only.
UP will be 2nd state in India to have an e -registry
With this decision, UP will be the second state in the country to have e-registry. Till now, the facility of e-registry was available only in Maharashtra. This will also reduce the pressure of crowds in the registration office.
Process started in government departments
Its process has been started first in government departments. This system will be in all the authorities and corporations of the state. Under this, the application for registration will be online. Registration of land is done on a large scale in government departments.
