Air India to Start Flight Operation on Delhi-New York JFK-Newark Route, Check Details

According to the details shared by Air India, it will use its flagship A350 on the route, allowing the flyers on board to enjoy a smooth and seamless travel experience.

The leading carrier Air India is all set to kickstart the flight operation on Delhi-New York JFK from November 1, 2024. The airline has already confirmed the news via an official press release. It has also announced the flight operation on the Delhi-Newark flight, starting from January 2, 2025.

According to the details shared by Air India, it will use its flagship A350 on the route, allowing the flyers on board to enjoy a smooth and seamless travel experience. Air India also said it will introduce its Premium Economy class for the first time on the routes, ensuring each passenger will have a comfortable journey.

All About Air India’s A350

According to Air India, the A350 will offer the passengers a choice of 24 wide seats arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration in a dedicated, upscale cabin. Apart from this, it also will be equipped with 28 private suites in its Business class compartment.

Benefits

The passengers on board will be treated with full-flat beds in a 1-2-1 configuration. Every suite in Business has direct acess to the aisle side, sliding privacy doors, and a personal wardrobe. The aircraft will also offer 264 spacious Economy seats, which have been arranged in a 3-4-3 configuration.

To make the journey more exciting each seat in the A350 has been given the latest-generation Panasonic eX3 in-flight entertainment (IFE) system and HD screens. The unit offers more than 2,200 hours of non-stop entertainment with a long list of content across the world.
