Noida: ATS is accused of rigging in the sale of houses under the scheme of giving more profit at a low price. There is a complaint against ATS for rigging Rs 3400 crore in the name of land. ED has also received a complaint about the involvement of many senior officers of Noida Authority in this and they are on the radar.
Raid action leaked
According to the information received from ED sources, ED had asked for the details of the ATS Group of Companies from the Noida Authority, but ED wanted all the information to be held secret. It is being said that today’s raid action of ED at ATS’s Geetambar Anand’s place was also leaked. He became alert about this beforehand. Regarding this, as per the information received, three officers of the authority are on the ED’s radar and their activities are being monitored. ED also has information that some big bureaucrats of the state have also invested money in the company.
