Anonymous residents of the society say, “The builder of the society is a former MP of Bahujan Samaj Party and is also a leader of Rashtriya Lok Dal at present. About 250 families live in the society at present. People are troubled within the society for about 2 years. The lift does not work properly. The swimming pool and club are not operational. There are many flats whose registration has not been done.“

Residents feel cheated and call the builder fraud

Residents also say, “We have complained about this to the builder many times, but it has no effect on him. The society members are now feeling cheated. Some people are even calling the builder a fraud.“

Builder owes crores of rupees to Authority

Another big thing is that the builder owes crores of rupees to the Greater Noida Authority, despite that he is not able to collect the money.
