Online grocery delivery in Tiers I and II has developed since COVID-19. Tier-III and -IV have now been attained by this. To determine how customers are making their online grocery purchases, LocalCircles performed a survey.
The new delivery time for online platforms is 24 hours.
In 8–20 minutes, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto deliver
In 16–36 hours, Flipkart
BigBasket offers 15–30 minute delivery.
In 24 to 72 hours, JioMart
3–9 hours for Amazon Fresh
