Amrapali Golf Homes / Kingswood Society: An important General Body Meeting (GBM) was held at Amrapali Golf Homes and Kingswood Society today, in which important decisions were taken for the upcoming Apartment Owners Association (AOA) elections.
A 5-member election committee was formed
Wing Commander SK Singh (Retd) was appointed as the Returning Officer.
Other proposed members in the committee include – an RWA representative of the nearest society, one member each from Greater Noida Authority, CR office, NBCC office and Deputy Registrar office.
Election Process
Only flat owners and co-owners will be able to participate in the election process.
Tenants will not be allowed to participate in the election process.
Only residents of the society will be able to stand for important posts (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer).
Election Date and Process
The elections will be held on July 21, 2024, from 8 am to 2 pm.
Nomination forms can be submitted till 5 pm on July 7, 2024.
The possibility of online voting will be explored.
Two members from each block (J, K, L, M) will be inducted into the AOA by special tower-wise election.
A senior member of the society said, “This election is very important for the future of our society. We have taken all necessary steps to ensure a fair and transparent process.” A member of the election committee said, “We are committed to conducting a clean election by following all the rules and regulations. We aim to ensure the participation of all the members of the society.”
