Noida News: Four vehicles were damaged in Golden Palm Society located in Noida Sector-168 due to falling of support from the neighbouring society under construction Lotus Zing Society. The AOA of Golden Palm Society has complained to the police.
Iron pillar-like support has been installed from outside the towers for the construction work
Deependra Chaudhary, AOA President says, “Construction work is going on in many towers in the neighbouring society Lotus Zing. Iron pillar-like support has been installed from outside the towers for the construction work. On Friday, June 28, 2024 morning around 5 am, a part of the pillar-like support of the under-construction tower of Lotus Zing fell on the vehicles parked in front of Tower D and E of Golden Palm Society, due to which four vehicles were damaged. It was fortunate that no resident was there at that time, otherwise a major accident could have happened.”
Complaint against the management of Lotus Zing
Deependra Chaudhary said that a complaint has been lodged with the police as well as Lotus Zing management. Agarwal of Lotus Zing management has assured of compensate for the damage caused to the vehicles. Dipendra Chaudhary said that he has given a written complaint to the police regarding the matter and until the damage caused to the vehicles is compensated and security arrangements are made to prevent such incidents in future, he will not take back the complaint given to the police.
