People upset due to the closure of transport services
Bus and other public transport services were stopped in Greater Noida West due to the lockdown and other restrictions imposed during the epidemic. Even after the lockdown is over, these services have not been restored yet, due to which people have to depend on private vehicles. This has not only increased the traffic problem, but the pollution level has also increased.
Residents demand the facility to start soon
Saurabh Sharma, a Resident of Sector 3 says, “There should be a public transport system covering all the areas of Greater Noida West. People who do not have personal vehicles face a lot of difficulty in commuting. Especially office-going employees and students are getting badly affected. They have to use auto or cab services, which is expensive.”
Expectations from the administration
