Demolition again: After the Twin Towers notice served to Supertech Ecovillage-1 to demolish the illegal gate

Greater Noida West: The project of Supertech Ecovillage-1 is located at Plot No. GH08 in Sector-1, Greater Noida West. Commercial shops have been built as a part of the project. The builder has constructed a gate at the front of the commercial complex contrary to the approved map.

The construction of this gate has been opened for entry into the commercial complex, although this gate is not shown in the approved map. In the approved map, the commercial complex is shown inside the project boundary and the access road to the commercial complex is shown from inside the society itself.
On the complaint of the illegal opening of the gate, the mobile squad of the planning department of the authority conducted an on-site inspection of the project on August 28. During the inspection, the team found that a gate had been constructed unauthorizedly in the front setback of the commercial complex, which is contrary to the approved map and in violation of the building regulations of the Greater Noida Authority.

After inspection, the authority issued a notice to the project on August 28 and directed it to remove the construction of the unauthorized gate within 10 days. Due to non-compliance with the order, the planning department of the authority again sent a notice on 22 September and directed to remove the construction of the unauthorized gate. But the builder again did not obey the order of the authority. After the complainant complained again, the authority has once again issued a reminder notice.

The complainant says that Supertech has a long association with illegal construction. Due to illegal construction, the twin towers of Emerald Court were demolished on the orders of the Supreme Court. The builder has opened an illegal gate in Supertech Ecovillage-1. The builder has encroached upon the green belt of the authority and has opened the gate illegally. Whereas the provision for the route to the commercial complex is from within the society itself in the approved map. The builder has not taken any permission to open a separate gate for the commercial complex.

The complainant says that when the authority found in its investigation that the gate was built illegally, then why is the authority delaying closing it. Why is the authority playing the game of notice instead of demolishing the gate?
