Dadri: A major power infrastructure project worth ₹11.80 crore was launched in Dadri on Monday, with the foundation stone being laid for a 33/11 KV electricity substation along with associated 33 KV and 11 KV power lines. Dadri MLA Tejpal Singh Nagar laid the foundation stone for the project, which is aimed at strengthening the electricity supply network in the assembly constituency.Once completed, the project is expected to increase the capacity of the local electricity network and help provide consumers with a more reliable and streamlined power supply.
Speaking at the programme, MLA Tejpal Singh Nagar said development works in the Dadri assembly constituency are not limited to announcements and are being implemented on the ground to ensure direct benefits for residents. He said development works related to roads, drainage, education, healthcare, electricity and public amenities are being taken up on priority.
Nagar also said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, development initiatives have gained momentum and their impact is visible in the Dadri assembly constituency. He added that providing better civic and public facilities to residents remains a priority and that development works in the constituency will continue.
Municipal president Rajiv Singhal, municipal chairperson Geeta Pandit, Pawan Bansal, BJP district vice-president Ram Kumar Verma, senior leader H.K. Sharma, councillor Mohit Vikal, senior leader and councillor Piyush Garg, councillors Keshav Goyal, Gyan Singh, Harish Rawal and Adesh Bhati, along with other public representatives and prominent citizens, were present at the programme.
The new power infrastructure is expected to further strengthen electricity distribution in Dadri and support the area’s growing infrastructure and public service requirements.
