Greater Noida: Only those reach great heights who focus on changing themselves, not the world around them. Inspired by this thought, the Uttar Pradesh Police Headquarters, Lucknow, has launched a state-wide awareness campaign on newly implemented criminal laws.
As part of the initiative, Beta-2 Police Station In-charge Vinod Kumar and Jagat Farm Police Outpost In-charge Vikas Yadav conducted a public outreach program in Jagat Farm Market, Greater Noida. During the drive, they interacted with local traders and informed them about major reforms and provisions under the new criminal justice laws.
The officers emphasized that the revised laws are aimed at strengthening public safety, ensuring faster justice delivery, and enhancing transparency in police procedures. Business community members were urged to stay informed about the changes and cooperate with law enforcement for a safer environment.
The awareness campaign witnessed active participation from local traders including Manjeet Singh, Harendra Bhati, Rajeev Baisla, Sukhendar Yadav, Rakesh Sharma, Pradeep Singhal, Ishaan Singh, Mustakeem Khan and Ibrahim Khan.
The Beta-2 Police team affirmed that such outreach programs will continue, ensuring every citizen is well-informed and confident about their rights and responsibilities under the new laws.
