Sports India expo 2024 : Running successfully in Bharat Mandapam , New Delhi

New Delhi : Sport India Expo 2024 is flourishing on the second day of the event at Bharat Mandapam, New delhi. The 3-day mega expo spread over 10,000 sq. metre area and drawn attention of 15,000 visitors in last two days from diverse range of sports welfare, sports Universities, sports federation, health and fitness industry.

The exhibition is an open affair for both business to customer (B2C) and Business to business (B2B).
Today marked the closing ceremony of 12th edition of Sport India Conference 2024 orchestrated by the Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI) and Sport India Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports, Government of India.

According to Swadesh Kumar, Founder, Sport India Foundation, “In each edition of sport India, we aim to bring the world’s largest sports brands, innovations and technological innovations of sports industry together with instructors, coaches, athletes and thousands of sports devotees from National and International organization. The event offers unique opportunity to showcase product and services to vast audience, enabling brand visibility and relationship building.

.The event was graced by Vishvas Kailash Sarang, Hon’ble Minister of Co-operation, Sports, and Youth Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh, as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, Sarang emphasized the importance of grassroots sports development and the need for collaborative efforts between government bodies, educational institutions, and private organizations to promote sports culture in India.

Joining him were esteemed guests of honor and panelists for the Sports Ministers’ Dialogue, including Lalnghinglova Hmar, Hon’ble Minister of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Mizoram; Ramesh Chandra Mishra, MLA, Badlapur, Jaunpur, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Dr. A.K. Bansal, Dronacharya Awardee in Hockey; and ADG Amit Sinha, IPS, Special Principal Secretary (Sports), Department of Sports, Government of Uttarakhand. These leaders shared their insights on policy-making, sports administration, and the challenges faced in implementing sports programs at the state and national levels.

The conference commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Piyush Jain, National Secretary of PEFI, who acknowledged the significant contributions of all attendees and participants in advancing the cause of sports and physical education in India.
