Greater Noida : Residents of Shivalik Homes, located in Surajpur Site-C, Group Housing Extension-2 under UPSIDA, have once again raised alarm over their long-pending approvals. The society’s completion Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC) and flat registries have been stuck for the past nine years, leaving homebuyers in constant uncertainty and legal complications.
Today, as @IIDGoUP arrived in Greater Noida to chair the Board Meeting of the Greater Noida Authority, the residents made an urgent appeal requesting his intervention. They urged him to direct senior UPSIDA officials to take immediate action and resolve the issue without further delay.
Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, neither the builder has completed the required formalities nor have the concerned departments taken decisive steps. As a result, residents remain unable to get their registries done, depriving them of legal ownership rights even after nearly a decade.
Residents’ key demands:
Immediate issuance of pending CC/OC
Fast-tracking the registry process
Joint action by UPSIDA and the Greater Noida Authority to resolve all pending compliance issues
According to the residents, they are now placing their complete trust in the IIDC, hoping the matter will be prioritised and a time-bound solution will finally be implemented. The homebuyers say their only expectation now is a clear, swift, nd final resolution to end their nine-year struggle.
