Noida: Residents of Sector Alpha 2 have raised serious concerns over deteriorating civic infrastructure, alleging that broken drain slabs and damaged signboards have turned several internal roads into potential accident zones.
According to locals, multiple drains in the sector are either uncovered or have cracked concrete slabs that can collapse under weight. The situation poses a significant risk to pedestrians, elderly residents and children. Residents fear that if someone accidentally falls into one of these open drains, it could result in severe injuries.

Damaged and faded signboards have further added to the chaos, making navigation difficult and reflecting what residents describe as administrative neglect.
The condition of the sector clearly shows that there is no regular monitoring. Basic civic upkeep seems to have been ignored.
