Greater Noida West : The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) elections for Sector-3, D Block, have been officially announced. Along with the election schedule, the RWA has also launched its membership drive for residents. Krishna Kumar Chaudhary has been appointed as the Chief Election Officer for the process.
According to Chaudhary, the RWA elections will be held on August 17, 2025. The dates for filing nominations have been set for August 10 and 11. Only valid members of the RWA, those who submit the membership form along with the prescribed membership fee — will be eligible to file nominations and cast votes.
Each RWA post will have a separate non-refundable nomination fee, which will be utilized by the election committee as per the guidelines of the RWA management. The announcement has generated enthusiasm among local residents, many of whom are expected to actively participate in the democratic process. The community now looks forward to electing a responsible and transparent RWA leadership.
Important Notice for All Residents of D-Block, Sector-3, Greater Noida West
As per the decision of the RWA, it is hereby informed to all residents and those intending to contest for posts in the upcoming RWA elections that membership is mandatory. Only residents who pay the membership fee and submit the membership form will be considered valid members.
Non-members will not be allowed to participate in any RWA decisions, meetings, or election-related activities. Therefore, all residents are strongly urged to obtain RWA membership by submitting the prescribed fees.
Only those who complete the membership process by the due date will be eligible to file nominations and vote in the elections scheduled for 17th August 2025.
