Greater Noida West: The morning of May 26, 2025, was not a fortunate one for the residents of Radha Sky Garden in Greater Noida West. But some divine force or luck saved the lives of many. Whatever the reason is, this time the incident proved futile but what is the guarantee that this will not repeat next time and what will happen if this mishap takes place in broad daylight? In the series of mishaps in the Hadso ka sheher Greater Noida West, News is coming from this society that a false ceiling has collapsed in the T 20 tower. All the plaster fell on the guest sofa as if setting the target, but as the timing was between 5 am to 6 am, no one was present there that time. Luckily, no casualty was reported.

Now this incident puts questions
First question from the builder Hawelia, that when the guard complaint about the leakeage, seepage problem, why the action was not taken.
What if this happened at the peak hours, like when the kids play in the play area come tired and sit there?
When the elderly go out for a walk and relax for a while when waiting for a lift?
What about the delivery executives who are tired and sit here for minutes?
We have informed maintainence office, no action till yet. Only debris has been removed. The guard also complaint about this in maintainence earlier, no action was taken. I have informed about this to Nikhil Hawelia, Hope he will take some action. (Till 10 am no help, repair was done no one from staff reached on the spot. By the time filing this news, no help reached.)

This is alarming and this incident can repeat in any tower, today it took place in T 20 but at any time in any other tower. What is the solution. ?
To get the answers, Apartment Time contacted Nikhil Hawliya and he was not responsive. We called him thrice and all time we got same answer.
I got a call from Nikhil Hawelia and from his executive that this is not their task. Means they are not at all worried that was has happened. They are putting blame on the Shri Builders. Who are not more associated with this project. Authority needs to intervene now.

Good morning, I hope you are sure that the ceiling work of this tower is executed by our associate company. To the best of our knowledge, this tower ceiling has not been executed by by our group company, Shivika constructions. But still allow me to get back to you and sometime. Thank you!

The false ceiling of Tower 20 has not been done by us. We have only done part painting work in this lobby.
It was done by Shri Group and its contractor.
Also please note that the said panel collapsed are of gypsum board and our civil protocol do not allow to use gypsum board anywhere in our project.
The reason of collapse is not inferior work quality but some water leakage from above floor through swr pipes. The maintenance needs to repair it as per their protocol.
