After getting approval in this meeting, the authority will pass the map based on rules and will allow construction.

Not less than one hectare of land will be available for its construction
Along with this, the authority has also demolished several times by running bulldozers. It has been clearly stated in the new rules that farmhouses can be built only on fixed plots. Not less than one hectare of land will be available for its construction. The maximum ground coverage here for all types of activities will be only 10 per cent.
Farmhouses can be used only for personal use
The path to reach the farmhouse must be 15 meters wide. All these farmhouses will be for personal use. No one will be able to use these farmhouses for commercial activities.
