Noida : Homebuyers waiting for the registry of their flats in Noida’s Paramount Floraville society have finally received a major relief. The long-pending registry process for flats in the project has now been cleared after the developer deposited around ₹80.48 crore with the Noida Authority. With this payment, the path for registry has opened for nearly 1,521 flat buyers, who had been waiting for years to obtain legal ownership of their homes.
The registry was stuck for years
The Paramount Floraville project, located in Sector 137, Noida, had been facing a prolonged delay in the flat registry process. The main reason behind the delay was the builder’s pending dues to the Noida Authority. Until the outstanding amount was settled, the authority could not register the flats in the project. Now that the builder has deposited ₹80.48 crore, the authority has approved the start of the registry process, bringing long-awaited relief to residents.
1,521 homebuyers to get ownership rights
The residential complex consists of 16 towers and 1,521 flats. With the registry process set to begin, these homebuyers are expected to finally receive legal ownership rights of their properties. Many buyers had been waiting for several years and had repeatedly raised the issue with the Noida Authority, demanding resolution of the registry delay.
