Noida : A massive fire broke out after a massive explosion due to a short circuit in the electrical panel in A-15 of Society located in Sector 26, Noida. The fire burnt the wooden furniture and vehicles kept in the houses. The family members saved their lives by leaving the house. After the information, three fire engines reached the spot and controlled the fire.
Fire controlled in half an hour
Chief Fire Officer Pradeep Choubey said that at around 2.30 pm, information was received that a fire had broken out in a society under Sector-20 police station. The fire broke out in the UPVC of the front elevation of the house. There was a loud explosion during the fire. As soon as the information was received, fire engines were immediately dispatched to the spot. After about half an hour of tireless efforts, the fire could be controlled. The fire broke out on the ground floor and first floor. The goods kept there were destroyed by the fire. Most of it was furniture and vehicles parked on the porch.
