Noida : The cleaning of drains is going on around Sector-117, the silt coming out from the cleaning of gutters is being dumped unofficially at the place of Aryabhatta Park proposed in front of Sector-117, by tractor trolley and other means for the last several days.
Kosinder Yadav, President, RWA 117 says, ‘The place where this silt is being dumped is very close to Gate No. 1 and Gate No. 2 of Sector-117, due to which the smell of silt is reaching all the nearby houses. Residents have been requesting tractor drivers for several days not to dump silt here in the open, but no one is ready to listen.”
Silt is being dumped here by tractors every day from morning to evening.
The letter has been written to the CEO of Noida Authority to order the concerned contractor strictly to get the above silt cleaned properly from here.
