Noida : Under the direction of Police Commissioner of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Laxmi Singh, and supervision of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Cyber), the Noida Police has launched an extensive public campaign as part of the National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) 2025.
Themed ‘Cyber Awake India’, this month-long initiative aims to educate citizens about online safety and empower them to identify and prevent cybercrimes in the digital era. Throughout October, the Commissionerate Gautam Buddh Nagar Police will conduct daily awareness programs to engage maximum participation from the public.
On October 15, 2025, all schools and colleges under the commissionerate will be connected via a YouTube Live session. During this session, Police Commissioner Ms. Laxmi Singh, Additional Police Commissioner (Law and Order) Dr. Rajeev Narayan Mishra, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Ms. Shaivya Goyal, and other senior officers will share vital information and safety measures related to cybercrime prevention.
The initiative is expected to significantly enhance cyber awareness among students, helping them become informed and responsible digital citizens.
In the coming days, the campaign will further expand to include residents of housing societies, corporate professionals, and individuals across sectors, ensuring that cyber literacy reaches every section of society.
Additionally, an online Cyber Awareness Challenge will be organized, featuring reel-making, poster designing, and letter-writing competitions focused on cyber safety themes. Participants showcasing exceptional creativity and awareness will be recognized as ‘Cyber Warriors’ and honored by the Commissionerate.
This comprehensive effort by Noida Police reflects its commitment to building a cyber-safe ecosystem in the district, where every citizen is informed, alert, and digitally secure.
