Noida: The residents of JM Aroma, Sector 75 are in full anger and they marched in protest against the current AOA in scorching heat on May 25, 2024. On Saturday, the residents of the society protested against the current AOA and their wrong policies. A hearing was to be held in the sub-registrar office in Ghaziabad, but the AOA representatives did not reach the spot. In reaction to this, about 250 residents of JM Aroma Society had to go to the sub-registrar office in the scorching heat.
Accusations on these 4 people
The residents put forth the matter in detail before Rishabh Agarwal, sub-registrar. The residents informed Apartment Times that the AOA has not conducted elections as per the rules for the last five years. Four people Deepak Chauhan, Jitendra Bharti, RB Jain and Harish Sharma have been occupying some post or the other for the last four years. The residents allege that the election committees appointed before the elections in the GBM are also formed without their consent.
Every problem will be solved: Sub-Registrar
Understanding the seriousness of the matter and the problems of the residents, the Sub-Registrar assured that action would be taken as soon as possible. He says, “There will be no injustice with the residents and the matter will be heard soon. Till the hearing is completed, the Executive Chairman will be bound to run any essential facility like electricity, water and cleanliness in the society smoothly.”
Complaints have been made earlier also
Five complaints have already been lodged by the residents in the Sub-Registrar’s office regarding this matter. The residents allege that Rahul Sharma, a resident of the society, has been a member of the election committee continuously for the last five years and from time to time he has also been accused of influencing the election results.
