Greater Noida West : The festive spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi has come alive in Nirala Greenshire as residents inaugurated the 5th Ganpati Mahotsav 2025 on Wednesday. The five-day celebration began with the traditional Murti Sthapana and a grand Shobha Yatra, marking the start of a series of cultural and devotional events.

According to the organizing committee, the event aims to bring together devotion, culture, and social unity. Daily Aarti will be held at 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM, while a special Kirtan Mandali will perform on Wednesday afternoon.

The highlights of the festival include:

August 28 (Thursday): Cultural program for children (4:30 PM – 7:00 PM), followed by a Kids’ Fancy Dress & Fashion Show (8:00 PM – 9:30 PM).

August 29 (Friday): 56 Bhog Darshan after the evening Aarti, along with a special Kirtan session (7:30 PM – 10:00 PM).

August 30 (Saturday): Akhand Ramayan Path starting at 9:00 AM, concluding on Sunday with Purnahuti.

The festivities will conclude on August 31 (Sunday) with Ganpati Visarjan at 3:00 PM, after a Havan and Bhandara.

Organizers have appealed to all devotees and residents to participate with their families and seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha.

“Ganpati Bappa Morya – Mangal Murti Morya!” echoed across the society as the celebrations got underway.
