NIELIT extends application date for DLC, CCC and other computer courses to October 4; apply here



NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has extended the online application registration date for Digital Literacy Certification (DLC)/Digital Literacy Programme (DVP) with courses in Computer Concepts (CCC), Computer Concepts Plus (CCCP), Essential Computer Concepts (ECC), Advanced Computer Concepts (ACC), and Basic Computer Concepts (BCC) to October 4, 2023.
Candidates, who wish to enhance their basic computer knowledge, can apply online for the above-mentioned courses on the official website – https://www.nielit.gov.in/.
In a recent public notice posted on the official NIELIT website, it has been officially announced that the last date for filling out online examination forms, along with the required payment, for the DLC/DVP(CCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC/BCC), has been extended until October 4, 2023.
For the November examination session at NIELIT, the online examination application process commenced on September 1st, with candidates having the opportunity to submit their applications and fees until September 30th. However, it’s noteworthy that this year, the last date for submission was extended to October 4, 2023. The actual examinations are set to commence on the first Saturday of November 2023.
These courses are designed to provide learners with basic to advanced skills in computer usage, including operating systems, word processing, spreadsheet applications, presentation software, and internet browsing. NIELIT is a government organization under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, and its certificates are recognized by the Government of India and various industries.
Note: The DLC/DVP courses are offered through NIELIT’s Facilitation Centers (FCs), which are accredited training institutes located across India. The courses can be taken in either online or offline mode.
