Greater Noida West: Hunger is not just a physical need, but a sign of social consciousness. With this sentiment, a respectful community meal program was organized for the needy on the auspicious occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi under the initiative of Neki Ka Dabba Foundation “Neki Ka Dona-Pattal”.

This event was held at Royal Nest Society, Mandir Wala Gate, Techzone-4, Greater Noida West. Workers returning from the construction site, domestic helpers, security personnel, rickshaw pullers, children and passersby participated in it. Clean, nutritious and dignified food was provided to everyone.

Sumit and Vanya, residents of Supertech Livingston, Noida supported and took full responsibility for the event.

“Neki Ka Dona-Pattal” is not just food distribution, but a social movement that addresses both hunger and the dignity of the needy in a balanced manner. It was started on World Environment Day and since then the use of environmentally harmful materials like plastic or thermocol is prohibited in it.

Today this campaign has become so popular that people consider it more meaningful to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions among the needy and celebrate Neki.
