The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JK BOPEE) has released notice regarding conduct of NEET PG Mop Up round of counselling.
According to the notification, a schedule has been released which designates the date of the Mop Up Round counselling, segmented into two sessions.
The first session is exclusively for reserved category candidates, while the second session is open to all candidates.
The mop up round of counselling will be held in physical mode. Candidates who are eligible, will have to visit the BOPEE office in Jammu or Srinagar for registration and fulfillment of formalities from 8:30AM to 10:00AM.
Candidates who have been allotted seats during the Second Round of Counseling and have joined the respective colleges can participate in the Mop Up Round of Physical Counseling for upgradation. However, they must provide the fee deposition receipt from the allotted college during the Registration/Attendance on their designated day of counseling.
Candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the First Round Online Counseling or the Second Round of counseling are eligible to participate in the Mop Up Round of physical counseling for the allotment of seats in MD/MS/PGD Courses-2023 on their respective day of counseling.
Candidates who have been allotted seats during the Second Round of counseling but did not join or have resigned against the allotted seat/college will not be eligible to participate in the Upgradation/Second Physical Round of counseling.
Additionally, candidates who have been upgraded during the Second Round of counseling will not be eligible to participate in the Upgradation/Second Physical Round of counseling.
