International Yoga Day: Nirala Greenshire residents unite together on Yoga Day and celebrate this day with great zeal

Greater Noida West: On the eve of the 10th International Yoga Day, people of all age groups performed yoga asanas and pranayama with great enthusiasm in the morning carpet time under the guidance of Jagdish Lamba, President of the Society Mandir, Nirala Greenshire Society, Greater Noida West.

Residents took active participation

Namita Ratan, trained by Swami Ramdev, completed it with the help of Society Advisor Kapil Khare, Anita Tewatia and Madhu Negi Ji.

Kapil Khare, a Resident of Nirala Greenshire says, “A yoga session was organized by Nirala Greenshire residents to enhance personal development and collective health through the theme of the year 2024 “Yoga for self and society”. Maadhu Negi, Resident of Nirala Greenshire says, “Yoga is a gift from God. The one who accepts it is great. Here unity is found in diversity, yoga does not discriminate. People of any caste can do it. Yoga brings flexibility to the body. Let’s make the country happy and do yoga daily.”
