
Noida : Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Marketing Division, Noida Divisional Office, has responded to a complaint regarding the lack of basic facilities at Dolly Motors retail outlet in Noida district. The response comes after concerns were raised about the availability of an air filling attendant, access to drinking water and separate toilets for men and women at the fuel station.
In an official letter dated February 10, 2026, addressed to P S Jain, Indian Oil confirmed that a thorough investigation and internal review were conducted following the complaint. The complaint, referenced as CONRWA/2025-26/NOIDA/028, highlighted the inconvenience faced by customers at the retail outlet located in the G B Nagar district.


Investigation conducted, Dealer counselled
Indian Oil stated that it sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused to customers during their visit to the outlet. The company confirmed that the dealer has been counselled and instructed to strictly adhere to IOCL norms and ensure mandatory facilities are provided without lapse.
Key assurances by Indian Oil
The company outlined the following corrective measures:
1. Air filling facility:
Instructions have been issued to ensure adequate manpower deployment at the air filling station at all times. The facility has been directed to remain operational 24×7.
2. Drinking water facility:
Necessary action has been taken to ensure that clean and hygienic drinking water is fully functional and easily accessible to customers.
3. Separate toilets for gents and ladies:
The dealer has been instructed to maintain clean washrooms. Indian Oil further informed that separate bio-toilets for men and women are in the process of being installed at the retail outlet to ensure hygiene and convenience.
