The builder has sent an email to increase maintenance charges in Royal Nest Society, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida West. Residents protested against the increase in maintenance charges.
Residents protested against increasing maintenance charges
Residents received an email from the builder on May 11, 2024, Saturday mentioning that the maintenance charge has been increased from Rs 2 + GST to Rs 2.5 + GST.
‘Facilities are not up to the mark’
There is anger among the society residents due to the increase in maintenance charges. An agency named Eurest is working in Royal Nest, and the residents say that they are dissatisfied with the facilities provided by them.
Full-fledged protest to demonstrate the anger
All the residents gathered at the main gate of the society and raised slogans against the builder and the maintenance agency and requested to withdraw the increased maintenance charges.
