Students encouraged to turn ideas into solutions

In his opening address, Professor Dr J.K. Sharma, advisor, IMS Noida, said that technical knowledge alone is not enough in today’s technology-driven world. He emphasised the need for students to develop the ability to understand problems, generate new ideas and transform those ideas into practical solutions.

He said the institute aims to help students learn how to apply their skills, learn from failures and turn innovative ideas into real-world solutions.

Dr Monika Dixit Bajpai, head of the School of IT, said TechSprint 2026 was not merely a competition but an opportunity for students to learn, collaborate and transform their technical ideas into practical solutions.
