Noida: Homes 121 Society witnessed an insightful and well-attended Health Awareness Seminar organised by Bhartiya Dharohar Vichar Mandal, Noida. The session focused on the significance of ancient Indian medical science, Ayurveda, drawing enthusiastic participation from residents.




Renowned Ayurveda and Marma Therapy expert, Vaidya Dr Manisha Sharma, led the discussion and shared valuable guidance on maintaining health during the winter season. She explained the importance of adopting a balanced lifestyle, correct diet practices and simple Ayurvedic routines that help boost immunity and overall well-being. Dr Sharma also addressed individual health-related queries raised by the residents, making the session interactive and practical.
On behalf of the residents, AOA Board members G.D. Sharma and Prosenjit Mukherjee expressed gratitude to Praveen Sharma, Organisation Secretary of Bhartiya Dharohar Vichar Mandal, and to Dr. Manisha Sharma for conducting the informative seminar.
The event was also attended by respected society members including Dinesh Kumar Pandey, Akhilesh Katiyar, Suman Gulati, Mamta Jain, Anita Singh, Jagdish Bhutani, along with many other residents.
Garima Tripathi, Founder of Jan Jagruti Foundation and a resident of Homes 121, shared that similar awareness workshops and health interactions will continue to be organised in the future to promote community well-being.
