The accused had entered the house to steal. The victim heard some sounds while bathing and as soon as she came out, the boy got scared seeing her. After that, he strangled her to death. When people saw smoke on the spot, people ran outside the flat. The door was locked from inside and then people broke the door and went inside. There, they saw that the neighbourhood boy was present and the girl was lying in a half-burnt condition on the bed in the room. The age of the deceased girl is said to be 9 years. The accused who has been taken into custody is also a minor. Both of them are neighbours and their family relations were also good.
