Greater Noida West: Residents of GNW are protesting every other day to get their basic rights and against the non-fulfilment of their fundamental rights. 100 residents protested against the builder on May 12, 2024. Right from club house to swimming pool to security staff, almost all aspects of apartment living has been compromised with by the builder.
The project is incomplete even after 5-6 years of handover of many towers
Shri Group Builder has neither completed the work of the pending project related to basic facilities. Neither did any work nor showed any intention to fulfil it.
No fire safety protocol or equipment and many major problems
There is no firefighting equipment in society. Residents are living at risk. There is seepage and leakage in the entire basement due to which the towers of the society are becoming weak. Neither the swimming pool is operational here nor the clubhouse is complete. The security and housekeeping staff has also been reduced to half.
Residents are forced to pay huge CAM charges
The residents are forced to pay the CAM charges from the date of the offer of possession even after getting NOC after purchasing the flat. Resident says, “CAM charge should be made from the date of flat handover and not before that but then Builder’s loot is still going on and many other problems are piling up.”
The residents fear that the builder may take advantage of his power and suppress the voice of the residents by filing police FIR against the residents under false charges.
Hundreds of residents of the society, men, women, elderly and youth, participated in this peaceful protest and now this peaceful protest will continue like this until the problems are resolved.
