A recent matter is from the Panchsheel Greens 2, where a resident was badly beaten up by the guards just because he went to speak to the manager about a late payment fee.
Know the whole matter
On June 11, 2024, Tuesday morning, a resident of Tower B6 tried to talk to the manager Yogendra about the late payment fees in the maintenance office, where the staff scolded him surrounded him from all sides and beaten him up badly.
Police accuse residents by saying that it is their conspiracy
After this mishap, the residents gathered together and went to the police station. Before this, they kept calling the dial 112 but the call was not connected. Residents say, ” The SHO sahab got irritated and started accusing the resident of conspiracy.”

After all this, the Cherry County Police came and took cognizance of the complaints of the residents. Police also took the records of all the witnesses and CCTV footage is in Police Possession.
Residents are demanding the action
Sanjeev Sharma, Bhanu, Brajesh, Senthil, Rahul and many more residents are demanding strict action against the manager and the culprits. They say that the culprits should be punished or removed from maintenance immediately. If the late payment fee is arbitrarily imposed by the builder then they will march out a protest.
