Greater Noida West: The residents of Centurion Park Terrace Homes met Sunil Singh, the ACEO of Greater Noida Authority to repair the road in front of the society. Their other request was to plant more trees in the green belt along the road.
A road full of potholes, pathetic condition in rainfall
The residents allege that despite his orders the repair work has not started yet. The condition of the road in front of Amrapali Centurion Park Terrace Homes located in Techzone 4 is very bad. There are only potholes on the road and when it rains, those potholes get filled with water.
There is more mud and potholes on the road than plain surface
The residents of Terrace Homes Society are repeatedly visiting the office of the Authority to get the road repaired. In this regard, on 30th July also, the residents of Terrace Homes had given a memorandum to the Authority. Then the assurance was given to widen the road by Diwali, but today the ACEO says, ” Road widening may take longer time.”
‘Nothing is happening’
The residents of the society requested to start the road repair work and get the potholes filled for the time being. Last time also the authority had said to get the road repaired within a week but nothing happened. The condition of this road located just four hundred steps away from the authority’s office is such that the chances that a two-wheeler will fall into a pit is extremely high.
Shiv Kumar Sharma, Nirmal Kishore, Veer Ji Pandit, Satish Kumar Agarwal and Shweta Bharti from Terrace Homes Society met the ACEO today.
