Greater Noida West: The poor condition of roads in the Bisrakh area remains a serious problem. Potholes, uneven surfaces and lack of regular maintenance on the roads here are causing a lot of trouble to residents and daily commuters.
Residents of nearby societies are suffering daily
Many important residential projects like Ace Divino, Vihaan Greens, Arihant Amber, Digital Build Tech, ATS Destinier and Antriksh Golf Links are located in the Bisrakh area. Due to these projects, the potential of this area is very high. However, the poor condition of infrastructure, especially roads, remains a matter of concern for residents and potential buyers.
Residents are doing rounds of the authority
Residents of Ace Divino and nearby societies have been doing rounds of the authorities since August 23, 2024, and have sent several complaints to the CMO and PMO portal, but to date, they have received only assurances.
Local authorities and real estate developers are expected to solve these problems

Road construction is a major issue
Raghuraj Singh, Resident of Ace Divino says, “The delay in the tender process and road construction by the Greater Noida Authority is a major issue, which is creating many problems for the residents and daily commuters of the area. To resolve the problems, the Greater Noida Development Authority should immediately pay attention to these issues so that the road construction processes can be expedited and the residents of the area can get relief. This will not only ease traffic but will also ensure the overall development of the area.”
