To end the problems of builder buyers, in December 2023, the government implemented the recommendations of the Amitabh Kant Committee. Under this, the authority had issued orders to 9 builder projects to deposit Rs 981 crore as 25 per cent of the total dues of Rs 5012 crore. But out of all the nine builder projects, only three builders have deposited the entire amount as per the recommendations of the authority. These include Logix, Buildstate and Omnis Builder. The remaining 6 sublessees have also deposited their entire dues.

Efforts are on to get relief to the buyers of Jaypee Infratech and 3C from the court. In Supertech Upcountry, the authority has cleared the way for the registration of 600 buyers at its level.
