Noida : Ahana, a young and exceptionally talented yogasana athlete from Sector 105, Noida, has delivered a stellar performance at the National Yogasana Championship, winning two gold medals and bringing pride to Noida city and Uttar Pradesh. Her achievement highlights the rising stature of yogasana as a competitive sport in India and showcases the potential of young athletes emerging from the region.

Ahana is a Class 8 student of Lotus Valley International School and has been consistently excelling in yogasana competitions at various levels. Her recent success has become a matter of pride not only for her family and school but also for the entire residential community of Sector 105.

The National Yogasana Championship was held from 30 January to 3 February 2026 at Court Field, Dhemaji, Assam. The prestigious event witnessed participation from athletes across multiple states who competed under standardized national rules. Participants were judged on posture accuracy, balance, strength, flexibility, stability and overall presentation across different yogasana categories. Amid intense competition, Ahana impressed the judges with her technical precision and composure, securing two gold medals for her outstanding performance.

This achievement is not an isolated milestone in Ahna’s journey. She has previously won gold medals at national and Asian-level yogasana championships, establishing herself as a consistent performer on major platforms. Her track record reflects years of disciplined training and a deep commitment to the art and sport of yogasana.
