According to the police, Rajesh, the main suspect, was once Manoj and Radha’s tenant. Over the course of the previous year, he reportedly got to know Radha. According to the authorities, they intended to murder Manoj so that they could coexist.

The couple’s relationship was not pleasant, so the two suspects got close. Radha was aware of Manoj’s alcoholism. On April 7, as scheduled, she sent him to meet Rajesh close to Lal Kuan, where they drank drinks. Later, once Manoj lost consciousness, Rajesh killed him by strangulation in his vehicle and drove the body to his Dadri factory. He started moving manufacturing goods to Haryana via EPE early the following day, according to Gyananjaya Kumar Singh, deputy commissioner of police (city).

The suspect allegedly dumped the body on April 8 near EPE, which is managed by the Dadri police station in Gautam Budh Nagar. The body was discovered that same day, according to the police, and it belonged to Manoj.
Subsequently, the Sihani Gate police received a missing person report from Manoj’s wife. After identifying the body, the police got in touch with Manoj’s father, Ramkhiladi Gupta, who lived in Aligarh. He revealed the extramarital affair that Rajesh and Radha were having.

On April 8, the body was allegedly dumped close to EPE, which is overseen by the Dadri police station in Gautam Budh Nagar. The police claim that Manoj was the owner of the body, which was found that same day.
Manoj’s wife then filed a missing person complaint with the Sihani Gate police. The police contacted Manoj’s father, Ramkhiladi Gupta, who lived in Aligarh, after identifying the body. He disclosed that Rajesh and Radha were having an illicit affair.

Additionally, according to the ACP, they have retrieved CCTV footage from EPE showing Rajesh, the suspect, untying a rope from his truck and carrying it into the truck cabin.
The victim was strangled using the same rope. The ACP stated that all evidence is essential to constructing a compelling case against the suspects.

Rajesh and Radha were detained at the Sihani Gate police station, according to the authorities, for violating Indian Penal Code Sections 302 (murder) and 120b (criminal conspiracy).
