Greater Noida West: The 2025 elections for the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) at Gaur City 1st Avenue were successfully conducted on June 29 peacefully and democratically. Out of 12 contestants, 10 were elected to the new executive committee, with Ram Kumar Mishra (Flat No. L-1667) receiving the highest number of votes—820.42—emerging as the top scorer.
High Voter Turnout Reflects Enthusiastic Participation
Residents turned out in large numbers right from the morning, forming queues to cast their votes. By mid-afternoon, over 80% polling was recorded. The election was conducted under the supervision of the dedicated AOA election committee, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

The official seal of the “1st Avenue – Gaur City Election Committee” validated the result sheet.
