Noida: A fire incident took place on the 17th floor of Eldeco Aamantran Society, Sector 119, Noida. This incident took place on June 05, 2024 Wednesday night. The fire broke out due to a short circuit. This incident took place in the Swagatham S-6 Tower of this society. However, the fire was brought under control immediately due to the prompt action of the security and maintenance team present on the spot.
No loss of life, but two guards were injured severely
In this fire, no major loss of life or property has been reported. But two guards, Atul Kumar (29) and Devinder Kumar (23) were injured. Their treatment is going on and they have been sent on medical leave.
The owner of the flat conveys thanks to the AOA and maintenance team
Suresh, the owner of the flat in which the fire broke out, says, “I thank the team for their timely support. I am also happy that the fire sprinklers in my flat were working perfectly and due to the smoke, they burst immediately and started spraying water. I thank the maintenance team for this. AOA opened the guest room in the club at night and arranged for me and my family to sleep there so that all of us remained safe.”
Nikhil Singhal, President, Eldeco Aamantran says, “On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day on 15th August, while expressing our gratitude to the brave soldiers, we will honour the maintenance and security team here as well as all those who were part of the rescue work without caring for their lives.”
He continues, “This incident teaches us that if you are alert, any situation can be overcome.” The entire rescue team of SIS deployed for the security of the society had come here at night and they gave full cooperation in this work. The AOA officials were found inspecting all the towers late at night.
Mock fire drill was conducted this week
A fire drill was also conducted on Sunday which proved beneficial yesterday and this huge fire was controlled and extinguished in time. Anyway, this incident revealed that all the fire systems of Eldeco Aamantran Society are absolutely fine and are working well.
