Noida: Dil Diya Hai, Jan Bhi Denge, Ae Vatan Tere Liye” – these words echoed in the hearts of the Jalvayu Vihar Laughter Club, Sector 21, Noida, as they celebrated the 79th Independence Day with unmatched enthusiasm and unity.

The celebration, compered gracefully by Ms. Sonia Sanghamitra, began with an energetic Hasya Yoga session led by Mr. Sushant, the club’s Laughter Ambassador, setting the tone for a joyful and patriotic morning.

The cultural extravaganza featured three spirited group dances by Hasya Yoga members as part of the Rangarang program. A special performance on the soulful song “Dil Diya Hai, Jan Bhi Denge, Ae Vatan Tere Liye” brought tears to many eyes, filling the air with pride and emotion.

The festivities concluded with all members joining in an impromptu dance to patriotic tunes. Not even the light showers of rain could dampen the high spirits of the 100-odd participants – if anything, it added a refreshing touch to the celebration.

Adding a philanthropic note to the day, Commander Narinder Mahajan shared that as part of the Robin Hood Army’s Annual Mega Food Drive – ‘Mission Sankalp 78’, 76 club members contributed an impressive 253 food kits, ensuring that the joy of Independence Day was shared beyond the community.
