Under the scheme, flats are being provided in Narela Sector A1-A4, Pocket-9, and other pockets. 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK flats are available here. The flats are fully ready, and people can move in immediately.

DDA is offering up to 25 percent discount on flats under this scheme. This is the reason why the scheme is receiving a good response from people. According to reports, hundreds of flats were booked within just a few days of the launch.
The application date has been extended
Earlier, the last date for this scheme was March 2026, but considering the growing interest of people, DDA has extended the last date for applications to 31 May 2026.
This means that interested people still have the chance to book a flat.
How to apply?
To book a flat, people will have to go to the official website of DDA and apply online. During the application, proof of being a government employee and necessary documents have to be submitted. Booking is happening on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
